Established in 1993 ANIMA is an image bank based in Fremantle, Western Australia, specialised in accurate, realistic illustrations of fishes, corals, other marine life and portraits of underwater environments.

ANIMA provides high quality illustrations for scientific institutions, publishers, aquariums, museum, fisheries organizations and many other clients nationally and internationally. ANIMA supplies underwater murals for government buildings and private collectors of marine art around the world.

ANIMA prints on archival paper or canvas any fish you would like from our over 4000 images in stock. As well as stock illustrations from the image bank, we also create new images of typical marine life from your selected habitat. The company is owned and managed by Catherine Julien and Roger Swainston. Many others collaborate with us and contribute their particular skills to our projects
